CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER
Main responsibilities include the following:

Oversee and supervise construction project progress, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters

Ensure the project is completed on time and within budget
-
Coordinate, plan and manage schedules for subcontractors and vendors
-
Project planning, including identifying long lead time items, provide take-offs
-
Ensure quality construction standards and maintain a safe work site according to legal requirements, building and safety codes, safety inspections, city guidelines, and local and state regulations
-
Manage the flow of project information between the team and client, through regular meetings and written communications
REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT
Main responsibilities include the following:
-
Responsible for providing project support to the director of development, project managers other members of the development team
-
Works closely with the development team and consultants (architects, engineers, title company, geotechnical firms, contractor, etc.) to monitor and expedite the development process
-
Research and obtain information regarding all applicable codes and regulations which would affect the successful development of a sit; timelines for permitting processes
-
Cost tracking and analysis related to project costs
-
Updates development schedules and identifying project slippage
-
Facilitates and actively participates in development meetings
-
Coordination do paperwork and requirements to existing grants and public-private partnerships
-
Maintain standard forms and templates
-
Scheduling meetings and conference calls as directed and prepare meeting materials
-
Ensures that site files are organized, maintained and updated
-
Some travel within the boroughs may required
-
Participation in industry functions
JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT / OFFICE ASSISTANT
Main responsibilities include the following:
-
Responsible for general account of various of projects.
-
AR/AP, project cost tracking and analysis related to project costs.
-
Maintain standard forms and templates.
-
Scheduling meetings and conference calls as directed and prepare meeting materials.
-
Ensures that files are organized, maintained and updated.
